The M.W. Kellogg Graduate Training Scheme

M.W. Kellogg has a long history of training and developing its workforce through an accredited Graduate Training Scheme and offers a comprehensive training programme for new graduates. You will follow a structured two-year rotational programme that gives you an insight into the organisation of the company as a whole rather that focussing on just one area. From day one you will be involved with live projects as you follow your 'on the job' training programme.

In addition, your training will be supplemented with internal and external courses in both technical and business disciplines. Completion of this programme leads to Chartership of the leading Institutions.

Professional Qualifications

M.W. Kellogg's Graduate Training Programme is accredited and geared towards your gaining Chartered status. Membership in Professional Institutions such as the Institutions of Chemical, Mechanical and Civil Engineers is encouraged and supported by the company. M.W. Kellogg works closely with the ECITB (Engineering Construction Industry Training Board) and other leading bodies to promote best practice in training and development throughout your Engineering career.



 

Your Typical Career Path

Following an accredited training and development programme comprising of both on and off the job training which leads to Chartership, the world is your oyster, you can choose from a variety of options including technical specialist, discipline leader and project roles.

Training details:

M.W. Kellogg offers a training programme unrivalled in the industry. You will follow a two year rotational programme (accredited) which guarantees chartership. Number of Vacancies:

We have between 20 and 25 graduates opportunites each year.

Starting Salary:

£25,000 (2006 starting salary)

Closing Date:

We accept CVs throughout the year and aim to start the majority of graduates in September. Interviews take place from March-May. Please submit your application by the end of February.

Areas of Vacancies:

We are based in West London, assignments may take you worldwide.

Engineering in the following disciplines: Chemical, HSE Engineering, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Instrumentation/Control, Electrical/Electronic, Construction and General. Also Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Studies,Purchasing and Logistics.
